Written quote provided for materials and labor

Recommendations and pitfalls explained

Time & Material estimate provided as best effort

Same rate used for phone support and remote support as well

Time billed on a hourly basis as discussed during verbal quote

Time and material will be invoiced promptly after support incident completion

FREE onsite assessment for major technology upgrade plans

Flat Rate Travel Charges vary by distance of travel

Vora-Tech keeps my small business humming. I recently went through a data transfer which included 15 years worth of files, passcodes, etc.. Vora-Tech has saved us so many times it is amazing! Diggaj Vora really knows his business and he responds to our urgent pleas almost immediately. He is the only way we could have stayed open during the pandemic. He set up a VPN so everyone who needed to could work from home. While he is very proficient with working remotely to solve a lot of our issues without the added time and trouble of waiting for a service call, the last time he did have to come for a service call he brought yummy treats, so that worked out pretty well, too.

We went with a new phone system and needed help getting our phones to work better with our slow internet connection. The DSL connection is not the best for the new phones and they were not communicating. He was able to get them communicating so that we can conduct business again. I own a small biz that had a hole in our tech support after a company we worked with got too BIG for us.
