No long Support Queues, No binding Contracts & No Surprises!
Unlike larger IT Companies; we don’t bind our clients with monthly support retainers or monitoring plans which can be confusing as to what is covered under the contract and what is not. Such monthly contracts can also become one-sided because either you will be the “ideal client” who rarely calls for help OR you need frequent maintenance. Unfortunately for the latter, the contract cost will go up on the next annual renewal once it is determined that you need more attention than usual. Worst case scenario … the company will terminate the contract on the grounds of nuisance associated with “over-use”. Sounds a lot like Car Insurance doesn’t it?

This is exactly why we offer simple Time & Material billing at a pre-determined rate. Some items also have a flat rate such as tune-ups or Hardware upgrades. You
call us when you need help and we will do our very best to resolve your ongoing IT Concerns as quickly as possible. Don’t depend on the Part-Time or evenings and weekends IT guy. They mean well but statistically breakdowns happen during normal business hours. We can be your direct point of contact and the “go-to guys” for any technical issues or projects that may come up, including emergencies.
