Vora-Tech keeps my small business humming. I recently went through a data transfer which included 15 years worth of files, passcodes, etc.. Vora-Tech has saved us so many times it is amazing! Diggaj Vora really knows his business and he responds to our urgent pleas almost immediately. He is the only way we could have stayed open during the pandemic. He set up a VPN so everyone who needed to could work from home. While he is very proficient with working remotely to solve a lot of our issues without the added time and trouble of waiting for a service call, the last time he did have to come for a service call he brought yummy treats, so that worked out pretty well, too.

We went with a new phone system and needed help getting our phones to work better with our slow internet connection. The DSL connection is not the best for the new phones and they were not communicating. He was able to get them communicating so that we can conduct business again. Voratech has been responsible for the on-going maintenance and trouble-shooting for our systems for the past nine years. I own a small biz that had a hole in our tech support after a company we worked with got too BIG for us. Vora-Tech helped fill that hole helping us with workstation set-up, break/fix support, product installation and maintenance and so many important things that we just don't have the time to be hands on with.
